Yes. Remote desktop support is available for supported computer issues, and you stay in control of your device throughout the session.
How is remote desktop support billed?
The starting rate is R350 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. We’ll confirm the expected work and price with you before starting.
How do I request a service?

What should I include when asking for help?
Tell us which device or service is affected, what you see, and when the issue began. You can use the contact form even if you’re unsure which service to choose. Don’t include passwords or one-time codes.
